Shipping policy

Shipping Method: We use Express Shipping (FedEx or equivalent courier) for all international orders, and a tracking number will always be provided.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.

Delivery Time: Express Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination. Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, local courier conditions, or seasonal factors may cause delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide from Japan via FedEx or equivalent courier. All shipments include a tracking number so you can track your order until it arrives.

Customs and Duties: For U.S. orders (DDP), import duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping fee, so no additional payment is required on delivery. For other countries, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee; these are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
